Join the industry’s first collective strategic initiative to co-author the future of the Independent Technology Channel.
Buyers are asking for Full-Stack Consulting to navigate the tool sprawl in the AI era, to fix business problems. Suppliers have validated the Channel as a viable way to scale. But we cannot seize this future with yesterday's fragmented model. We must evolve, or the complexity that should be our greatest asset will become the barrier that excludes us.

The Growth Engine: For too long, our influence has been artificially capped. While we diagnose complex business problems, we have been restricted to curing them with a limited toolkit: Connectivity, UCaaS, CCaaS, Cloud, and Security.
The Opportunity: The "Stack" is exploding. Thousands of B2B SaaS and emerging Technology companies are lined up at the door, desperate to utilize the Indirect Channel as their primary Go-To-Market strategy. The next phase of growth requires us to break these silos and gain the knowledge and access to orchestrate the entire application ecosystem, rather than just the infrastructure that supports it.
The Shift: The secret is out. The appealing model and the success of suppliers within the Indirect Channel has sent shockwaves across the broader technology landscape.
The Economics: Building a direct sales organization is heavier than ever, talent is scarce, tenure is short, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) is skyrocketing. In contrast, the Indirect Channel offers a variable-cost sales model that is now idolized by CFOs and investors. Private Equity firms have taken notice, witnessing the capital efficiency of partnering with those who have trusted relationships and aggressively deploying this strategy across their entire portfolios.
Technology is no longer a 'nice-to-have'; it is the baseline for competitiveness in this day and age. AI is currently rewriting the underlying infrastructure of business itself. As the tech stack explodes in complexity, the gap between buying technology and deploying it effectively has never been wider. This 'Complexity Gap' is your greatest asset. It requires a human Trusted Advisor to translate raw innovation into measurable business outcomes, a capability that is currently in critically short supply.
To capture this massive opportunity, every group within our ecosystem has specific needs that must be met. But right now, we are all dealing with unique pain points and operational friction that are holding us back. We need to come to the table and speak openly about these challenges without pointing fingers, framing this as us against the problem, rather than us against each other. Only through candid, transparent discussion can we fully understand what is broken and co-create the path to get where we want to go.

Is margin compression and the knowledge gap of emerging tech making it harder to grow base revenue?

Are you are buried by the operational friction of broken commission systems while trying to learn the rapid growth of new technologies like AI and cybersecurity?

Are you tired of pouring skyrocketing MDF into a black hole, flying blind without data transparency, and fighting a losing battle for the partner mindshare needed to actually scale?

Every successful enterprise company operates on a clear set of strategic principles: they know why they exist, where they are going, and how they measure success. Historically, the Channel hasn't had this. We have had thousands of individual strategies, but no collective direction. Channel 2.0 changes the operating model. We are conducting a rigorous, industry-wide strategic planning cycle (identical to what a CEO would execute for a major corporation) but scaled across the entire value chain with the help of AI.

To build this foundation, we are guiding the ecosystem through a suite of crowdsourced strategic exercises to define our collective pillars. Together, we will establish our Mission—our fundamental purpose, why the independent channel exists, and exactly whom it serves. We will map our Vision, painting a clear picture of our aspirational future state and what collective success must look like 5 to 10 years from now. We will articulate a unified Customer Value Proposition (CVP) that defines the unique, undeniable value we deliver to buyers that direct sales models simply cannot replicate. Finally, we will uncover our Core Values—the fundamental principles and "rules of the road" that must guide our behaviors, rebuild trust, and ensure true accountability across every link in the value chain.
This program is by the channel, for the channel.
Channel 2.0 is not owned by any single group or faction of the channel. It is a stakeholder-neutral initiative governed by a rigid system of checks and balances. To ensure our "North Star" is both ambitious and executable, we have divided governance into two distinct, complementary bodies. The Stewardship Council & Sector Council.
Role: Strategy & Validation
Who They Are: A hand-selected board of 12–16 P&L Leaders, Founders, and CEOs from across the ecosystem (Suppliers, TSDs, and Advisors).
Their Mandate: The Stewardship Council serves as the "Conscience of the Channel." They possess binding voting authority over the initiative’s foundational statements. Their job is to define where we are going, authoring the Mission, Vision, and Core Values that will guide the industry for the next decade.
Role: Feasibility & Execution
Who They Are: Operational experts, VPs, and field leaders who live in the day-to-day reality of the channel.
Their Mandate: The Sector Council is the "Engine Room." Once the strategy is defined, this body tests it against market reality. They are responsible for feasibility studies, operational roadmaps, and ensuring that the high-level vision can actually be implemented on the street. They turn the "What" into the "How."

The Decentralized Dilemma: The beauty and the curse of the Indirect Channel is its independence. We are thousands of sovereign businesses, each operating with a unique "thumbprint" of value. While this creates a resilient ecosystem, it also creates a deafening amount of noise. In a landscape where everyone has a different pain point and a different solution, it is impossible for a human committee to listen to every voice without bias. We need a way to respect the nuance of thousands of individual partners while extracting the collective truth that unites us.
The Solution: Why We Are Using AI
We are deploying advanced AI (Large Language Models) not to write our future, but to listen to it at scale.
Here is how the Channel 2.0 Intelligence Engine works:
Infinite Listening: A human can read 50 survey responses before fatigue sets in. AI can analyze 5,000 responses in seconds. We will ingest thousands of SWOT analyses, transcripts, and open-text inputs from the community without skipping a single word.
Bias Minimization: Humans naturally look for data that confirms their existing beliefs. The AI has no ego and no agenda. It clusters data based on mathematical patterns, ensuring that the "Quiet Majority" is heard just as clearly as the loudest voices in the room.
Pattern Recognition: The AI looks for hidden correlations, connecting a frustration shared by a sub-agent in Ohio with a bottleneck identified by a Supplier in New York. It hands these "Common Threads" to the Stewardship Council, allowing them to make decisions based on evidence rather than opinion.

AI Detects. Humans Decide. The AI provides the synthesis and the data clusters. The Stewardship Council provides the wisdom, the judgment, and the final vote. AI is the tool; the Channel is the architect.
Your Perspective is the Missing Variable. We are building a strategy for the entire channel, not just the loudest voices. Whether you are a solo consultant, a support rep at a supplier, or a VP at a TSD, you possess a specific piece of the truth that no one else can see.
If you stay silent, the Channel 2.0 framework will have a blind spot where your business exists.
We don't need a polished "LinkedIn" answer. I need your raw, unvarnished truth about what is actually happening on the street. Give us 15 minutes of the good, the bad, and the ugly. We will protect your anonymity, but we will make sure your reality gets a seat at the table.
